The game is designed to be fun and engaging for horse racing fans, and offers the opportunity to win prizes based on your performance. 2. Eligibility
To join and participate in the game user should meet the following conditions:2.1. Be registered in the Fantasy Racing IOS or Android App2.2 To participate in the fantasy horse racing game, you must be 18 years of age or older.2.3. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom.2.4. The game is open to individuals only. Team entries will not be accepted.2.5 Employees of the game's organizers, sponsors, or any companies associated with the game, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.2.6 The organizers of the game reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate the terms and conditions of the game.
3. Registration
3.1 To participate in the fantasy horse racing game, you must register on our app and create an account.3.2 During registration, you will be required to provide personal information such as your email address, and date of birth.3.3 You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Do not share your account details with anyone else.3.5 By registering for the game, you agree to receive emails related to the game and its updates. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.3.6 The game's organizers reserve the right to reject any registration or account creation that is deemed to be in violation of the terms and conditions, or for any other reason at their discretion.3.7 Participants may only have one account. Duplicate accounts will be deleted.3.8 Fantasy Racing reserves the right to disqualify you or your team(s) from the Game or reject any user name if the admin believes that your team name and/or league name is inappropriate or offensive. In addition, the admin reserves the right to rename the team in the name of the entrant or to apply such other name as the admin deems appropriate.
4. Rules of the Game
4.2 General4.2.1 Users must join one of the open leagues to participate in the game.4.2.2 Each league consists of one or multiple meetings/events set by the moderator team.4.2.3 To begin scoring points, users must select one horse in each race for the chosen meeting.4.2.4 The total value of the meeting selection must not exceed the horse racing coins budget set by the moderator team for each meeting individually.4.2.5 To save the meeting selection, users must have a positive racing points balance and select the required number of horses in the meeting.4.2.6 All leagues in the game are free to enter; customers will not be charged to participate. Leagues with an entry fee may be introduced in the future but will be optional to enter.4.2.7 Selection closes when the first race at the meeting kicks off and the selection is officially locked.4.2.8 Users can cancel or amend their selection at any time until the selection is locked. After the selection is locked, users cannot make any changes to their selection. Fantasy Horse Racing moderators will determine, at their absolute discretion:When meetings are open or locked for participantsThe exact time when the selection is lockedWhether the selection has been successfully saved and submitted for the Fantasy League competition4.2.9 To complete the selection, users must assign two boosts to the saved selection: Lucky Strike - points are doubled for the selected horse, Fast Pass - selected horse boosted by one place in the final result.4.2.10 In each meeting, users are allowed to use only one of each boost per selected horse.4.2.11 Final points will be distributed according to the finishing positions of the horses and the boosts applied to the selected horses. For more detailed points allocation per race, please refer to the table provided.4.3 Scoring and Payout4.3.1 The player's final position in the league will be calculated based on their performance and accumulated score at the end of the league.4.3.2 The payouts from the net pool of the winning prize in a Fantasy League will be distributed to players based on their finishing position in the league table.4.3.3 The payouts will be split in two ways: distribution to the top 5 players and money awarded based on the percentile of finishing positions as outlined in the prizes tab.4.3.4 All prizes are cumulative, and players will be paid according to every tier they qualify for.4.3.5 The prize value is calculated by adding the percentage of the pool payable for the highest tier the Stable qualifies for, plus the sum of all preceding tiers.4.3.6 In case of a tie, the positions will be considered tied, and payouts will be shared between the players. For a detailed example of a prize payout for a fantasy league competition, please refer to the Prize Allocation tab.4.4 Changes to the Status of the Horses or Races4.4.1 In the event of a non-runner, the user will receive a push notification prior to the race. The user will be able to change their non-runner horse/selection at any time before the selection is closed.4.4.2 If the user fails to amend their selection before the selection is closed due to a non-runner or non-runner declared after the selection is locked, the player will be assigned a random horse with a similar price within the same race to replace the selected non-runner horse. 4.4.3 In the event of a dead heat, tied positions will be awarded equal points according to the final finishing position of the horses.4.4.4 If a race is voided/cancelled prior to the lock of selection, the players' racing budget will be adjusted according to the number of races left in the meeting.4.4.5 If a race is voided/cancelled after the lock of selection, players will receive 0 points for the cancelled/voided race.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The organizers of the game reserve the right to terminate or suspend the game at any time, at their discretion, without notice or liability.5.2 The organizers may also suspend or terminate the participation of any participant, without notice or liability, if they violate the terms and conditions of the game or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.5.3 The organizers may also disqualify any participant or team that they suspect of cheating, or tampering with the game's results in any way.5.4 In the event of a termination or suspension of the game, the organizers may, at their discretion, refund any registration fees paid by participants, but will not be liable for any other damages or losses incurred.5.5 Participants may also request to terminate their participation in the game at any time. Upon termination, any accumulated points and other benefits associated with the game will be forfeited.5.6 The organizers of the game reserve the right to modify or terminate the eligibility criteria, rules of the game, and any other aspect of the game, at any time, without notice or liability.5.7 Participants are responsible for regularly checking the game's website or other communication channels for updates, changes, or announcements related to the game.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the game, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, are the property of the game's organizers or their respective owners.6.2 Participants may not use, reproduce, or modify any of the game's intellectual property without the prior written consent of the game's organizers or their respective owners.6.3 By participating in the game, participants grant the game's organizers a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify any content related to the game, including but not limited to participant names, team names, and team selection data, for the purposes of promoting and operating the game.6.4 Participants retain all intellectual property rights in any content they create or submit related to the game, such as user names or logos, but grant the game's organizers a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content for the purposes of promoting and operating the game.6.5 Participants may not use the game's intellectual property or any content related to the game for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the game's organizers or their respective owners.6.6 Participants may not create or distribute any content related to the game that is defamatory, infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, or is otherwise illegal or inappropriate.6.7 The game's organizers reserve the right to take legal action against any participants who violate the intellectual property rights of the game or its organizers, or who engage in any other illegal or inappropriate activities related to the game.
7. T’s and C’s modifications
7.1 The game's organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, the eligibility criteria, the rules of the game, and any other aspect of the game, at any time, without notice or liability.7.2 Participants are responsible for regularly checking the game's website or other communication channels for updates, changes, or announcements related to the game.7.3 Modifications to these terms and conditions, the eligibility criteria, or the rules of the game shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the game's website or otherwise communicated to participants.7.4 By continuing to participate in the game after any modifications have been made, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the modified terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, and rules of the game.7.5 The game's organizers will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material modifications to participants in advance of the modifications taking effect, but will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of such modifications.7.6 If any modifications are deemed to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Horse Racing Data and Statistics
Fantasy Horse Racing provides information, including "live" data and statistics, regarding Fantasy Contests. However, all information provided through the Website and related information sources is not official. While our team and its selected third parties will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided, users should not rely on the accuracy of such information. The Fantasy Horse Racing shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in relation to the information provided, nor for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available through the Website and related information sources.

10. New Monthly Leagues
Eligibility : The Monthly Fantasy Horse Racing League is open to users who are 18 years of age or older.
Participation is free, and there is no entry fee required to join the league.
Participation Requirements:A participant is counted only if they have participated in at least one meeting and scored at least one point during the league period. To be eligible for the prize payout, the league must have a minimum of 100 participants who meet the above criteria.
Prize Pool:The total prize pool for the league is £1000. The prize distribution is as follows: 1st Place: 50% of the pool - £5002nd Place: 35% of the pool - £3503rd Place: 15% of the pool - £150.
Payout Conditions: Prizes will only be awarded if there are at least 100 participants who meet the participation requirements. In the event that the participant count does not reach 100, no payouts will be made, and the prize pool will be void.
Leaderboard and Scoring:Users can track their performance against other participants in the monthly leaderboard available in the app. The leaderboard will be updated regularly to reflect the scores and rankings of participants.
General Conditions:Users found breaching the terms and conditions will be disqualified and removed from the leaderboard.Duplicate accounts will result in a permanent ban from the game.The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the league at any time without prior notice.
